This PR add one new field to
ElectrsD:logs: anmpsc::Receiver<String>into wich the electrs logs are redirected ifConf.buffered_logsis set totrue.and add 2 new fields to the
Confstruct:log_level: specify the log level to be passed toelectrs(log::Level::Infoas default)buffered_logs: option to enable redirecting electrsstdout/stderrtoElectrsD.logs.Note: the
logcrate is also reexported in order the consumer can uselog::Levelenum
